- Enquiry data: name, email, mobile number, city, service selected, optional loan amount, and your message.
- Subscription data: name (optional), email, topic interests, and your consent timestamp.
- Unsubscribe data: email, optional reason and comments.
- Technical data: IP address (when a server is used) and time of submission.
We do not ask for passwords, OTPs, CVV, full card numbers or net-banking credentials through this website.
3. Purpose
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, facilitate applications with regulated partners you authorise, send briefing notes you opted into, honour unsubscribe requests, and meet legal duties under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
4. Sharing
If you ask us to place a loan, card, mortgage, insurance or investment request, we share only the data required with the relevant regulated partner. We do not sell mailing lists.
